Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to

expand our presence in the Malabar region. The ideal candidate will have experience in

EdTech sales, a strong understanding of school operations, and a passion for promoting

educational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify, engage, and establish partnerships with schools in Kozhikode, Malappuram, and Palakkad.

● Promote SchoolWizard's skill-based courses and workshops, aligning with the NEP 2020 framework.

● Conduct presentations, meetings, and follow-ups with school decision-makers (principals, administrators, and management).

● Develop and execute regional business development strategies to achieve sales targets.

● Build and maintain long-term relationships with school partners.

● Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth program implementation and customer satisfaction.

● Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback in the region.

● Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

● Experience: Minimum 2 years in business development or sales (preferably in the EdTech sector or related industries).

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related

field.

● Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Malayalam (spoken and written).

● Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

● Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Additional Requirements:

● Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a car.

● Familiarity with the Malabar region and its school ecosystem.

● Previous experience working with schools or educational institutions is highly desirable.
