Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cold Calling Executive, located in Indore. The Cold Calling Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone calls, presenting the company's services, and generating leads. The role includes maintaining records of calls, managing client information, and following up with prospects. The Cold Calling Executive will also be responsible for setting appointments and achieving set targets by identifying business opportunities through effective communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in cold calling and telemarketing
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
• Prior experience in the technology or IT industry is beneficial
