**Job Title: Business Development Manager – IT & Cybersecurity Solutions** Company: M/Brahmi Durga Infotech Pvt Ltd Location: Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Sales & Business Development Reporting To: Director – Sales / Managing Director **Job Summary** We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Business Development Manager (BDM)** to spearhead sales initiatives for our portfolio of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions, including **firewalls, servers, managed IT services, and security platforms**. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical understanding, strong client engagement skills, and a proven track record in B2B technology sales. **Key Responsibilities** **Lead Generation & Prospecting** - Identify and qualify new business opportunities across SMBs, enterprises, and government sectors. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients for IT and cybersecurity solutions. **Solution Selling** - Understand client pain points and propose tailored solutions involving firewalls, servers, managed services, and cybersecurity tools. - Conduct product demos, presentations, and technical walkthroughs in collaboration with pre-sales engineers. **Client Relationship Management** - Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Heads, Procurement Managers). - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement. **Sales Strategy & Execution** - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and RFP responses. - Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to drive campaigns and solution awareness. **Market Intelligence** - Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. - Provide feedback to product and strategy teams for continuous improvement. **Required Skills & Qualifications** | Education | Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field |MBA |PUC | Experience | 1-3 years in B2B sales of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or managed services | | Communication | Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to simplify technical concepts | | Technical Acumen | Familiarity with firewalls , servers , endpoint protection | | Negotiation | Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience in high-value deals | **What We Offer** - Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies - Professional development and certification support - Dynamic and collaborative work environment
