Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive client engagement and business growth. The primary responsibility of this role is to visit clients for initial assessments (especially for internal audits) and promote our remote financial and HR solutions, including Virtual CFO, accounting, and HR outsourcing services. This is a hybrid role that involves both on-site client interactions and remote business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

a. Conduct on-site visits to potential clients for the first round of discussions, primarily for internal audits and financial assessments.

b. Identify client needs and introduce them to our remote financial services, including Virtual CFO, accounting, HR, and compliance solutions.

c. Build strong relationships with business owners, finance teams, and HR professionals to generate leads and business opportunities.

d. Work closely with the internal audit team to assess clients financial health and recommend suitable remote solutions.

e. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients for outsourced accounting, virtual CFO, and HR roles.

f. Follow up on leads and inquiries, ensuring seamless client onboarding and engagement.

g. Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to align our service offerings with client needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

a. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

b. 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (preferably in accounting, audit, or financial services). Freshers also considered.

c. Strong understanding of accounting, auditing, virtual CFO services, and HR outsourcing.

d. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

e. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with both on-site client visits and remote work.

f. Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.

g. Willingness to travel within Kerala for client meetings.
