Job Description

Role & Responsibilities – Business Development Executive (Female)

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking.
  • Explain products/services clearly and convincingly to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into sales.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and sales activities.
  • Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and share updates with the management team.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner during client interactions.
  • Handle client queries and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Support marketing activities, promotional events, and campaigns when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,436.39 - ₹33,872.60 per month
