Job Description

Qualification :

  • Engineering Graduate with extensive sales passion is preferred or an MBA graduate with experience in selling/Services/Concepts or Technical products
  • Minimum of 1- 2years-experience in a similar industry.
  • Preference to those candidates with a basic knowledge of architectural/structural services
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, go-get attitude, extensive selling capabilities.
  • Pay great attention to details, Be goal and results-driven
  • Show excellent presentation skills and display excellent time management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Finding prospects through developing several marketing strategies
  • Meeting prospects, understanding their requirements, advising the most relevant situation and closing the sales with extensive negotiation skills.
  • Generate new business opportunities in various industries such as industrial, engineering, factories, hospitals, infrastructures, transportation etc.
  • Master how to get construction leads and implement a lead-generation strategy
  • Develop new relationships within the commercial construction community/ Architects/ Builders
  • Complete documents on time, such as customer proposals, change orders, daily & weekly reports
  • Achieve/exceed targeted project value per month within a specified territory
  • Familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements
  • Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals
  • Attend trade shows to represent the organisation and engage in other marketing activities
  • Inspect, scope, photograph and estimate projects
  • Maintain acceptable profit margins
  • Responsible for the solicitation of project documents and information
  • Follow up on all outstanding quotations and estimates with clients
  • Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided

Petrol allowances for two-wheelers are provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
