Position: Business Development Executive Company: Blueprint Events and Exhibitions Pvt Ltd Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Experience Required: 1 year or plus Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in the exhibition industry. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to help expand our business, build strong client partnerships, and drive revenue growth. If you have a proven track record in sales and business development, weโd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: โ Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking. โ Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business growth. โ Qualify leads, conduct market research, and identify potential customers in target markets. โ Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients. โ Develop and implement strategies to expand the companyโs customer base and market presence. โ Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients, meeting and exceeding sales targets. โ Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. โ Maintain detailed records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system. โ Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results to senior management. โ Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and identify potential leads. โ Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities. Requirements: โ Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). โ 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or account management. โ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. โ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. โ Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at various levels. โ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). โ Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. โ Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think strategically. โ Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred (but not required): โ Knowledge of social selling techniques and tools (LinkedIn, etc.). โ Experience working with international clients Job Type: Full-time Pay: โน20,000.00 - โน40,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Application Question(s): We operate from Monday to Friday, 10AM to 7PM.
