Job Title: Business Development Executive – B2B Sales (with 1 - 3 yrs of experience only)

As part of our growth strategy, we’re looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join our team.


Overview:

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving new client acquisitions, managing onboarding processes, and fostering long-term client relationships.


Lead Sourcing & Management

·       Identify potential clients across Automobiles, Schools, Real Estate, Skin & Hair Clinics, F&B, Hospitality, Retail, Interiors, and Tech sectors.

·       Source accurate contact details via LinkedIn, referrals, and BNI/business networks.

·       Maintain and update the lead database with status tracking on CRM or internal sheets.

Sales Meetings & Pitches

·       Research each prospect before meetings to understand their business and digital presence.

·       Conduct consultative meetings to identify branding and marketing needs.

·       Position OnePoint61 as a strategic creative partner, not just a service provider.

Proposal & Negotiation

·       Create tailored proposals and presentations based on client requirements.

·       Coordinate internally with design and strategy teams for pricing and scope.

·       Negotiate and close profitable deals aligned with agency margins.

Client Coordination

·       Act as the primary point of contact from proposal to project handover.

·       Communicate updates and feedback clearly between the client and internal teams.

·       Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.

Reporting & Targets

·       Maintain weekly reports on leads, meetings, proposals, and closures.

·       Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets.

·       Share feedback and insights from clients to improve service offerings.


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • A confident and pleasant communicator who can nurture meaningful business relationships and represent the brand with professionalism and warmth.
  • Detail-oriented with good documentation and follow-up ability.
  • Comfortable handling multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and other relevant software.
  • Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English for effective communication.
  • Basic knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and print media is a plus.
