Overview:

Account Executive/Client Services Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication and updates.
• Accurately document client requirements and briefs, and effectively communicate them to the relevant internal teams.
• Manage timelines and deliverables by coordinating between clients and creative teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Proactively follow up on client feedback, approvals, and pending actions to maintain workflow continuity.
• Maintain and update the CRM system regularly to support efficient operations and timely work delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of monthly content calendars, secure necessary client approvals, and update the content status in the CRM.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding client payments in coordination with the finance and account management teams.
• Responsible for handling lead inquiries, communicating feedback to internal teams, sharing estimates with clients, and conducting timely follow-ups to ensure closure.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in client servicing or project coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and follow-up ability.
• Comfortable handling multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM and other relevant software.
• Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English for effective communication.
• Basic knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and print media is a plus.
