Overview: The Account Executive/Client Services Executive is responsible for managing daily client communication, gathering briefs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of tasks. The role also involves maintaining CRM records, facilitating content calendar approvals, handling lead inquiries, and supporting payment follow-ups to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication and updates. Accurately document client requirements and briefs, and effectively communicate them to the relevant internal teams. Manage timelines and deliverables by coordinating between clients and creative teams to ensure smooth execution. Proactively follow up on client feedback, approvals, and pending actions to maintain workflow continuity. Maintain and update the CRM system regularly to support efficient operations and timely work delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of monthly content calendars, secure necessary client approvals, and update the content status in the CRM. Monitor and follow up on outstanding client payments in coordination with the finance and account management teams. Responsible for handling lead inquiries, communicating feedback to internal teams, sharing estimates with clients, and conducting timely follow-ups to ensure closure. Requirements: 0–3 years of experience in client servicing or project coordination. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills. Detail-oriented with good documentation and follow-up ability. Comfortable handling multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using CRM and other relevant software. Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English for effective communication. Basic knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and print media is a plus.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality graphics, designing logos and branding materials, creating typography, and collaborating with other team members to develop effective campaigns. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the creative team to conceptualize and execute visually stunning advertising materials that align with client objectives and brand aesthetics Lead the design process from ideation to execution, creating captivating designs for various platforms, including print, digital, social media, and more Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs remain fresh, innovative, and relevant Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts that resonate with target audiences and effectively communicate the intended message Present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs as necessary Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of advertising and marketing design projects 2 - 4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an advertising or creative agency Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
