Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities:Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.). Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Schedule meetings and product demos with prospective clients. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop proposals and pitch materials. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in the CRM system. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in [your industry – e.g., SaaS, IT services, digital marketing, real estate, etc.]. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email tools, or lead generation platforms. Knowledge of basic marketing or sales funnels.
