Role Overview

As a Junior Business Development Executive in the online advertising industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's expansion in the digital marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Client Engagement:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advertising solutions.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals:

    Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value of our advertising services.
  • Market Research:

    Conduct thorough market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, informing business development strategies.
  • Collaboration with Teams:

    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of client commitments and deliverables.
  • Client Onboarding & Support:

    Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and providing ongoing support to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Educational Background:

    Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Negotiation & Persuasion:

    Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade clients effectively.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge:

    Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and online advertising platforms.
  • Analytical Thinking:

    Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform business development strategies.
  • CRM Proficiency:

    Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage client interactions.
  • Adaptability:

    Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and industry trends.
