Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, joining). • Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements. • Conduct induction and orientation programs for new hires. • Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, increment, warning, etc.). 2. Employee Engagement & Relations • Implement employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives. • Handle employee queries and grievances in a timely manner. • Support in driving performance management processes. 3. Training & Development • Identify training needs in coordination with managers. • Organize training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs. 4. Compliance & Policies • Ensure adherence to labor laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances. • Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Key Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and statutory compliances. • Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively. • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.

Role Description Ø Operations & Maintenance: · Guide teams in maintaining MV panels, HT/LT switchgears, transformers, DG sets, and related systems to minimize downtime and energy losses. · Oversee daily operations, resolve issues with shift engineers, and ensure optimal performance of electrical systems. · Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for critical equipment. Ø Power Scheduling: · Schedule power supply and ensure timely submission of schedules to SLDC. · Coordination & Compliance: · Liaise with authorities (MSETCL, EI, PMC) for seamless operations. · Verify and submit reports on load data, energy audits, maintenance, and consumer activities. Ø Billing & Consumer Services: · Ensure accurate, timely submission of billing data and coordinate with the commercial team for monthly energy bill finalization. · Facilitate timely consumer connections, disconnections, and updates. Ø Safety & Risk Management: · Maintain a zero-accident environment through inspections, safe work practices, and permit verification. · Manage emergencies like power outages, equipment breakdowns, and fire incidents, ensuring quick restoration and preventive measures. Ø Team & Resource Management: · Conduct regular review meetings to address operational challenges and guide the team on deliverables. · Manage budgets efficiently while optimizing resource utilization. · Foster team development through training, seminars, and skill enhancement. Ø Consumer Engagement: · Engage with consumers to understand their needs, address concerns, and enhance satisfaction levels. Ø System Monitoring: Oversee software and systems implementation, ensuring smooth operations and data accuracy Qualifications B.Tech/B.E Electrical Loaction:- Kharadi,Pune Experience- 1 to 4 years.
