Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Developing strategic plans for business growth and expansion. 

2. Acting as a coordinator between the company and other stakeholders

3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

4. Utilizing various methods to identify potential opportunities within the market. 

5. Arranging events with prospective client companies to make them understand the ERO Power business

6. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

7. Managing day to day communications between all stakeholders

8. Support in writing new business proposals

9. Expertise in handing Tender process

10. Preparation of Presentation for senior management.

Educational Qualification:

Degree in Electrical Engineering, MBA (Any discipline)

Key Skills:

1) Working experience in Power Sector or Transmission or Distribution Sector

2) Coordination with Local Discom/ Transmission authorities

3) Market knowledge

4) Leadership and team management skills.

5) Communication and negotiation skills

6) Problem solving and analytical thinking skills

Total Experience

Frequency of Traveling
