Location:


We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is primarily office-based, focused on building and sustaining strong customer relationships, supporting the field sales team, and deriving insights from data and conversations to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, numerical aptitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:


Customer Communication & Relationship Management

·       Act as a consistent point of contact for existing and prospective customers. 

·       Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and digital platforms to ensure sustained engagement. 

·       Understand customer needs, queries, and pain points, and coordinate solutions promptly.


Collaboration with Field Sales Team

·       Work closely with field sales executives to generate leads, track opportunities, and support closure. 

·       Share customer insights and feedback with the field team to enable tailored sales strategies. 

·       Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and follow-up documents for client meetings.


Data Analysis & Reporting

·       Collect, track, and analyze customer data, sales figures, and market trends. 

·       Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and business insights to aid management decisions. 

·       Identify patterns in numbers and conversations to suggest actionable strategies for growth.


Business Development Activities

·       Research new markets, potential customers, and business opportunities. 

·       Support lead qualification and pipeline management through CRM tools. 

·       Assist in marketing and promotional activities as needed to support brand visibility.


Numerical & Analytical Aptitude

·       Interpret sales and customer data to identify gaps, opportunities, and risks. 

·       Evaluate revenue growth, margins, and customer performance using numerical analysis. 

·       Generate insights that drive customer retention and upselling opportunities.


Administrative & Support Functions

·       Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and business opportunities. 

·       Support internal coordination between sales, operations, and finance teams. 

·       Ensure timely follow-up on payments, renewals, and client obligations.


Key Skills & Attributes:

·       Proactive, Initiative led, responsibility ownership self-follow-up behaviour.

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

·       Good interpersonal skills with customer-centric attitude. 

·       Ability to interpret and derive insights from numbers and data. 

·       Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software. 

·       Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 

·       Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently when required.

 

Qualification:

Should be able to read, write and proficiently converse in English, Telugu & Hindi. Knowing other South Indian languages is added advantage.
