About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team at AEWEE.

If you have a strong background in proposal creation, bidding management, and IT service sales, and you thrive in a fast-paced, data-focused environment this is the perfect opportunity for you!


What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end bidding and proposal creation on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline in the data engineering and digital services domain.

• Collaborate with technical teams to prepare customized project proposals and pricing structures.

• Handle client communication, requirement gathering, and negotiations to close deals effectively.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.

• Maintain accurate lead, client, and sales activity data in CRM systems.

• Report weekly on performance metrics and pipeline progress.


What We’re Looking For

Required:

✅ 2–3 years of experience as a Business Development Executive in IT, SaaS, or data services.

✅ Proven experience in bidding, proposal writing, and client acquisition on freelance or global platforms.

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

✅ Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and data-based service models.

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).

✅ Ability to handle multiple clients and proposals simultaneously with attention to detail.


Nice to Have:

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead generation tools.

• Familiarity with data engineering, BI, or digital marketing solutions.

• Understanding of project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp).

• Prior experience working with international clients (UK/US markets). ARif: Add MIDDEL EAST, EUROP
