About Property Ganj

Property Ganj is a fast-growing real estate aggregator based in Lucknow. We focus on delivering the best property options to our clients across Lucknow, Varanasi, Kanpur, Gorakhpur, and Allahabad. Our mission is to simplify real estate discovery by listing clean, verified, and desirable properties that perfectly match a client’s budget, location, and timeline.

We are expanding rapidly and onboarding project partners/promoters across multiple cities. To support this growth, we are hiring an energetic and responsible Business Development Manager.

Role Overview

The BDM will be responsible for expanding Property Ganj’s network, onboarding real estate developers and channel partners, driving sales, and building strong client relationships. This is a growth-oriented role with tremendous potential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Growth

  • Identify, meet, and onboard developers, builders, and promoters in Lucknow and other UP cities.
  • Expand the channel partner network and maintain strong relationships.
  • Generate new business opportunities and drive property listings to the platform.

2. Client & Lead Management

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads efficiently.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Property Ganj listings.
  • Coordinate site visits for customers and ensure a smooth property buying journey.

3. Project Management

  • Stay updated with project details, pricing, inventory, and offers.
  • Ensure timely updating of project data on the Property Ganj website.
  • Work with the marketing team to create campaigns for new launches and promotions.

4. Revenue & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
  • Send weekly progress, market insights, and pipeline reports to management.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/BDM/Channel Sales.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Self-motivation, integrity, and result-orientation.
  • Knowledge of the Lucknow real estate market is a plus.
  • Two-wheeler for field visits (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,044.63 per month
