What we are looking ?

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the packaging sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to enhance revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with company goals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (experience in the packaging industry, especially paper bags, is a strong advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Have experience in B2B product based businesses.
• Experienced in International market and sales.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
