Overview:

Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish connections with

  potential clients

  to generate business opportunities.
• Build and maintain

  long-term relationships

  with clients, ensuring continuous engagement.
• Consistently meet

  quarterly sales targets

  and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Maintain and update the

  prospective client database

  regularly.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and

  aggressive follow-ups

• Conduct

  to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Work closely with the

  sales and marketing teams

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience

  in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Familiarity with

  CRM software and lead management tools

• Strong understanding of

  sales processes and business development strategies

  .
• Excellent

  problem-solving skills

  and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to a

Requirements:

• Experience in

  B2B sales

  packaging industry
