Job Description

1. **Market Research and Industry Analysis:** - Research and analyze trends in UI/UX design, AI-powered websites, and the broader technology sector. - Identify potential markets, target industries, and competitors, focusing on emerging technologies and design trends. 2. **Lead Generation and Client Outreach:** - Generate leads by targeting companies and organizations that could benefit from AI-powered UI/UX solutions. - Utilize various channels such as LinkedIn, industry forums, and tech events to identify and connect with potential clients. - Conduct cold outreach via email, phone, and social media to introduce the agency’s services. 3. **Understanding Client Needs and Solution Selling:** - Engage with potential clients to understand their specific needs, challenges, and goals related to UI/UX and AI integration. - Tailor proposals and presentations that showcase how the agency’s AI-powered design services can solve client problems and enhance user experience. 4. **Sales Support and Proposal Development:** - Assist the sales team in crafting detailed proposals, including case studies, project timelines, and cost estimates. - Prepare customized presentations that highlight the agency’s expertise in both UI/UX design and AI technology. 5. **Partnership and Collaboration:** - Identify and establish partnerships with tech firms, AI developers, and other agencies to expand service offerings and capabilities. - Collaborate with industry partners to create joint proposals or co-branded initiatives that leverage AI and design expertise. 6. **Client Relationship Management:** - Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with the agency’s services. - Act as a point of contact for clients during and after project execution, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. 7. **Networking and Industry Engagement:** - Attend and represent the agency at industry conferences, design expos, tech meetups, and networking events. - Engage with thought leaders, influencers, and potential clients to raise the agency’s profile and generate new business opportunities. 8. **Product and Service Knowledge:** - Develop a deep understanding of the agency’s UI/UX design methodologies, AI capabilities, and the unique value proposition of combining these two fields. - Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and design, and how these can be applied to create innovative solutions for clients. 9. **Strategic Planning and Growth Initiatives:** - Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute business development strategies that align with the agency’s growth objectives. - Identify new service areas or verticals where AI-powered UI/UX solutions could be applied, and strategize how to enter these markets. 10. **Reporting and Performance Tracking:** - Prepare regular reports on business development activities, lead conversion rates, and sales performance. - Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of outreach strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. 11. **Collaboration with Design and AI Teams:** - Work closely with the UI/UX designers and AI developers to ensure that client needs are fully understood and met during project execution. - Provide feedback from the business development process to inform the development of new services or enhancements to existing offerings. ### **Special Focus Areas:** - **AI Integration:** Understanding and effectively communicating the benefits of AI-powered features such as personalization, predictive analytics, and automated workflows in the context of web design. - **UI/UX Innovation:** Promoting the agency’s innovative approach to design, emphasizing user-centered design principles enhanced by AI technologies. This role requires a mix of technical understanding, sales acumen, and relationship-building skills, making it ideal for someone who is both tech-savvy and business-minded.
