Role Overview

Business Development Associate (BDA)

You will play a vital role in bridging the gap between prospective clients and our educational offerings through consultative communication, demo scheduling, and personalized engagement. This position is best suited for individuals who are self-driven, confident communicators, and passionate about contributing to the global EdTech revolution.

Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will also gain exposure to international markets, customer relationship management, and business strategy execution. This is a fast-paced, performance-oriented role that offers ample learning opportunities and a clear path for career advancement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with parents and prospective clients from the USA region through calls, emails, and messages.
  • Conduct demo sessions and present learning programs effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve conversion and revenue targets.
  • Gather and share client feedback to enhance communication and service delivery.
  • Support outreach campaigns, webinars, and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Stay informed about EdTech trends and customer expectations in international markets.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and target-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and within a global team.
  • Willingness to work in USA time zones.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot preferred).
  • Prior experience in international sales or EdTech will be an advantage.
