Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in electrical products to lead product and market analysis, evaluate alternative machines, and support strategic decision-making. This role bridges the gap between technical product understanding and business strategy, helping the company stay competitive and innovative in the electrical product space.

Key Responsibilities

• Market & Product Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth analysis of the electrical product market, including competitor benchmarking, trends, pricing, and customer needs.
• Monitor technological advancements and identify opportunities for innovation or improvement in the product portfolio.
• Product Evaluation & Alternatives:
• Identify, evaluate, and test alternative machines available in the market for performance, cost-effectiveness, and suitability.
• Prepare detailed reports comparing technical specifications, vendor reliability, and ROI of different equipment.
• Strategy Development:
• Propose data-driven strategies for product development, cost optimization, and market penetration.
• Support management in making key decisions by presenting insights, risks, and opportunities clearly.
• Guidance & Reporting:
• Provide actionable recommendations and strategic guidelines to the management team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, and Procurement to implement findings.

• Vendor & Industry Engagement:
• Engage with suppliers, manufacturers, and industry experts to stay updated with new technologies and evaluate partnerships.
• Attend industry expos, technical seminars, or visit manufacturing units when necessary.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BE) – Mandatory
• MBA in Marketing, Strategy, or Operations – Preferred/Added Advantage

Experience:

• 2–6 years of experience in business analysis, product development, or strategy roles within the electrical or industrial equipment sector.
• Proven experience in product evaluation and market intelligence.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

• Strong understanding of electrical machines, components, and their applications.
• Skilled in preparing business models, cost analysis, and feasibility reports.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Ability to interpret technical documents/specs and convert them into business insights.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving mindset.
• Self-driven and comfortable working cross-functionally.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with sourcing machinery from international markets (e.g., China)
• Prior experience in electrical manufacturing, automation, or industrial solutions.
• Experience working with cross-border teams or suppliers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
