A leading HealthTech company is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between product, engineering, and healthcare stakeholders, ensuring data-driven and patient-centric solutions.
What you’ll do
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for healthcare software products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Support product managers in prioritization and roadmap planning
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
Tools & Skills you’ll work with
Business Analysis: Jira, Confluence, Trello
Data & Reporting: SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI
Process Modeling: BPMN, Lucidchart, Miro
Communication & Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams
