Gather and analyze business requirements for quoting, pricing, discounts, bundles, and approvals.
Design scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions using products, bundles, price rules, and discount schedules.
Create user stories, process flows, and functional documentation for CPQ features.
Support CPQ configuration including product setup, rules, quote templates, and approvals.
Validate end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes through functional testing and UAT.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and IT teams for solution alignment.
Troubleshoot pricing issues, quoting errors, and approval workflow gaps.
Provide end-user training and support for CPQ features and enhancements.
Ensure best practices, data accuracy, and compliance across CPQ processes.
Continuously improve quoting efficiency, pricing accuracy, and system performance.
