About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning for our EOR products. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to launch new products, enable sales, and craft compelling value propositions for our target customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target customer segments.
  • Execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Create and deliver sales enablement materials—pitch decks, battle cards, FAQs, product datasheets, and case studies.
  • Support demand generation teams with product-focused content: landing pages, email campaigns, webinars, and social posts.
  • Collect and synthesize customer feedback to refine messaging, roadmap priorities, and positioning.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to drive continuous optimization.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert and spokesperson for the product internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing or a similar role, preferably in EOR.
  • Proven success in positioning and launching products in competitive markets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data and market research tools.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience marketing SaaS/software products (or your relevant sector).
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
