Job Description

As a Product Marketing Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving the go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning for our EOR products. Your primary responsibilities will include developing product positioning, messaging, and value propositions, executing go-to-market plans for new product launches, conducting market research, creating sales enablement materials, supporting demand generation teams, collecting customer feedback, monitoring campaign performance, and serving as a subject-matter expert for the product. Key Responsibilities: - Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target customer segments. - Execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. - Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform product development and marketing strategies. - Create and deliver sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battle cards, FAQs, product datasheets, and case studies. - Support demand generation teams with product-focused content including landing pages, email campaigns, webinars, and social posts. - Collect and synthesize customer feedback to refine messaging, roadmap priorities, and positioning. - Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to drive continuous optimization. - Serve as a subject-matter expert and spokesperson for the product internally and externally. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus. - 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing or a similar role, preferably in EOR. - Proven success in positioning and launching products in competitive markets. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data and market research tools. - Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience marketing SaaS/software products (or your relevant sector). - Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
