Job Description

As a Business Analyst at the company, you will play a crucial role in collecting and evaluating business requirements to assess feasibility and alignment with company objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing in-depth financial modeling, data analysis, and business case development - Gathering, cleaning, and interpreting large datasets to support decision-making and enhance existing business processes - Supporting in solution design, implementation, and user acceptance testing - Conducting gap analysis between current and target business states - Identifying, evaluating, and mitigating potential business risks - Preparing and maintaining detailed functional specifications and technical documentation - Providing training and support to end users and internal teams - Driving continuous improvement initiatives across business operations - Facilitating change management and ensuring smooth transitions in business processes - Applying basic coding skills, such as Python, to automate or support analytical tasks To excel in this role, you should demonstrate: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach - Ability to motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and drive change - Capability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines - Collaboration skills and problem-solving abilities - Enthusiasm for creating innovative solutions and adapting to change - Understanding of IT systems, tools, and business technologies - Proficiency in using Excel, Python (basic), Power BI or Tableau, and other business analysis tools The ideal candidate for this position will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Information/Computing Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or Mathematics (or a related field).
