• Analyse business and transaction data and responsible for providing data driven insights that
helps key stakeholders deliver higher value and enhance revenue.
• Build Annual Business Operating Plan and monthly Forecasts.
• Monthly Actual Vs Plan/Forecast analysis and reporting.
• Ability to recommend countermeasures to any risk areas.
• Create Dashboards and Reports to help the Business team and key stakeholders with decision
making.
• Responsible for analytics on both sides of the business i.e. Lender & Merchant networks
• Collaborate with the Internal Stakeholders- Lender and Merchant team and provide insights
based on transactions and build the Business Plan, monthly forecasting.
• Participate in Merchant calls if required along with Business teams to make an independent
judgement of the business potential.
• Interact with Key Merchants for forecasting the future business opportunity and trends.
• Campaign Investment & Analytics: Analyse Campaigns across different channels and customer
segments and build models for approving marketing investments.
• Analyse User Behaviour & Transaction data and recommend actions to improve Conversion
and Monetization
• Create dashboards for key external stakeholders
• Help build a framework for ‘Conversion Optimization Best Practice’ based on data insights.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Consumer Finance / Banking Industry
• CA/ MBA or any equivalent Qualification.
• Strong knowledge in MS Excel is a must.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL, R or Python, Dashboarding tools, Google Data Studio or similar
tools.
• Self-motivated and ownership driven individual.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and negotiation skills with cross-functional
organizations, customers & stakeholders.
• Knowledge of how Ads platform and digital marketing works will be an added advantage.
• Awareness of tools like GA, Clevertap, Mix Panel will be an added advantage.
