As a Business Account Manager at NoBrokerHood, your role will involve managing and growing relationships with clients, tracking performance metrics, identifying potential business opportunities, and ensuring high client satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include coordinating with internal teams, troubleshooting client concerns, offering strategic advice, and managing client accounts to achieve business goals effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and sustain long-term relationships with every on-boarded apartment owner in the assigned geographical region. - Provide post-sales support and handle escalation management. - Upsell to on-boarded clients for better plans and benefits. - Educate clients about new plans and offers as and when raised by NoBroker.com. - Ensure successful renewals at the end of the subscription period to retain every account. - Grow the revenue portfolio through the referral matrix. - Handle post-sales support and setup. - Take accountability for revenue generation. Qualifications: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Possess a 2-wheeler vehicle with a mandatory Driving License. - Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of regional language will be a plus. - Willingness to work on weekends with a week off between Mon-Thursday. - Effective presentation and negotiation skills. - Proficient in MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,
