Role Overview: As a Sales Officer at Shriram Life Insurance, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for customers. Qualification Required: - Education: Minimum 12th pass. Graduates (from any stream) are preferred. - Experience: 0-5 years of sales experience. Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is advantageous but not compulsory. - Skills required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and convincing abilities. - A customer-centric approach. - Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude. - Mandatory Requirement: Possession of a two-wheeler for travel within the city.
