Job Description

As a B2B Sales Representative at a Japanese multinational beverage conglomerate, your role involves generating leads and interacting with customers at various levels, from executives to C-level individuals. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing a comprehensive bulk sales strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives. - Identifying and targeting potential bulk customers such as distillers, new branded initiatives, wholesalers, and large retailers. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, implementing programs to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Collaborating with global operating units and finance to tailor offerings for bulk and barrel customers. - Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. - Analyzing sales data, preparing reports to track performance, and providing insights for decision-making. - Setting pricing strategies, negotiating contracts, and optimizing profitability while staying competitive. - Coordinating with logistics, supply chain, and operating units for timely delivery of bulk orders. - Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies. You should possess the following qualifications and experience: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred. - Minimum of five (5) years of sales leadership experience in the spirits or beverage industry. - Strong strategic planning and execution skills with a proven track record of revenue growth. - Exceptional negotiation and contract management abilities. - Superior communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making. - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
