BASIC PURPOSE:
Working closely with the entire team, the Brand Consultant/Rec Analysis person is charged with expanding the brand awareness amongst healthcare providers (HCP’s) in order to expand the pool of qualified providers across a variety of specialties, with an emphasis on business growth and rapid change. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage the implementation of brand-building and results-driven marketing for Cross Country Locums (CCL). Responsible for coordinating marketing and advertising strategies to include digital marketing, collaterals, advertising, event marketing, tradeshows, website content, email marketing and social media. Works with the CCL leadership and marketing team to develop and execute strategies for generating new business leads, while building brand recognition and consumer equity. Assists the EVP with identification and implementation of specialized recruiting resources and the training and business analysis necessary for business growth
1. Proactively and aggressively call facilities to add and update needs.
2. Proactively and aggressively call facilities to secure agreements to add additional business opportunities to the pipeline.
3. Understand and document the needs of the Client.
4. Communicate client openings by way of Job Postings to Recruiting Teams.
5. Review candidate files to assure appropriateness of match to open positions.
6. Present qualified candidates to client.
7. Daily contact with all facilities following up on all pending submissions, extensions, renewals and P1’s.
8. Communicate and negotiate with internal and external clients.
9. Confirm contract details with facilities and communicate clearly with the Recruiting Consultants.
10. Build a strong working relationship with all CCL teams / departments.
11. Function in collaboration with CCL Staffing Team members (Recruitment, Sales, Payroll & Billing, Credential, etc.) to effectively manage facility’s needs. Information should be disseminated to the appropriate teams.
12. Represent and support the business initiatives of CCL.
13. Service all internal and external customers in a professional, positive manner at all times.
14. Meet and maintain minimum outbound call, provider presentation, and new contract requirements.
15. Other duties as assigned, with or without accommodation.
This position reports to the Director of Recruitment and/or Sales.
