Brand Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and performance-driven Brand Manager to lead and grow our brand presence in the market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the brand’s identity, executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and ensuring consistency in brand communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
• Manage and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and potential threats.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare regular reports on ROI, campaign effectiveness, and customer feedback.
• Ensure consistent branding across all internal and external communications.
• Collaborate with creative agencies, influencers, and other external partners to enhance brand presence.
• Plan and execute product launches and promotional events.
• Stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand positioning.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign analytics.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
