Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Brand Partnership Associate with a strong Influencer sales background, who thrives in pitching, negotiating, and building long-term relationships with brands. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business, pitching strategic brand collaborations, and ensuring long-term retention through successful partnerships. You should have a solid network of brand contacts, a proven track record in generating revenue, and deep knowledge of the influencer marketing industry. You will work closely with senior management to align brand partnerships with business objectives and help grow our portfolio of clients. Roles and Responsibilities: Pitching & Business Development: Develop and pitch tailored brand partnership proposals to prospective clients to drive business growth. Identify potential brand partners, establish connections, and convert leads into long-term collaborations. Successfully close deals and ensure brands are onboarded seamlessly into our partnership ecosystem. Revenue Generation & Sales Strategy: Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving new business opportunities through strategic brand partnerships. Leverage existing relationships and network to generate high-value leads and onboard new brands to collaborate with us. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with brand clients, ensuring continued partnership satisfaction and retention. Manage day-to-day client communications, addressing concerns, and providing support to ensure successful collaboration. Influencer Marketing Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of the influencer marketing industry to advise clients on campaign strategies and maximize the impact of their brand collaborations. Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and meet client expectations. Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and clear understanding of deliverables from both sides. Ensure all terms of partnership agreements are met and manage ongoing contractual obligations with brands. Reporting & Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for brand partnerships, providing actionable insights for clients and internal teams. Continuously refine strategies based on performance data to drive further growth and retention. Market Research & Strategy Development: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and keep the brand's offerings competitive. Help develop marketing strategies based on the client’s business goals, target audience, and overall brand positioning. Revenue Generation & Sales Strategy: Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving new business opportunities through strategic brand partnerships. Leverage existing relationships and network to generate high-value leads and onboard new brands to collaborate with us. Sales Target: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management to ensure consistent revenue growth. Required Qualifications: Experience: 2-4 years of experience in brand partnerships, sales, business development, or influencer marketing. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in generating revenue and managing brand relationships. Networking: Strong existing network and connections within the brand, marketing, and influencer industries. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of influencer marketing agencies, trends, and the digital marketing landscape. Sales Acumen: Experience in pitching, closing sales, and managing long-term business relationships. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior brand leaders.
