Role Overview As a Vendor Success Executive, you will serve as the bridge between Vyla and our fashion brand partners. Your core mission: ensure vendors feel supported, confident, and excited about their journey on our platform. From onboarding and inventory uploads to packaging orders, you’ll be their go-to guide every step of the way. Key Responsibilities Assist vendors with onboarding, including filling forms, uploading SKUs, and syncing Shopify/inventory Explain packaging policies, shipping preferences (e.g., Shiprocket or Vyla warehouse), and order management Ensure vendors submit complete bank details, NDA, and agreements on time Be available to answer questions, schedule check-ins, and proactively follow up on pending tasks Review and coordinate product listings for accuracy and presentation Act as the vendor’s executive within Vyla — their advocate, helper, and problem-solver Maintain basic tracking sheets or tools to update internal teams on vendor progress Vendor management and negotiation skills Requirements Strong communication and people-handling skills — especially with creative entrepreneurs Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets, Shopify, or inventory tools Fluent in Hindi & English (written + spoken) Detail-oriented, proactive, and patient Prior experience in e-commerce, brand coordination, or account management is a plus Show more Show less
