Vendor Account Manager

At Vyla, we are reshaping the way brands engage with marketplaces. We are now hiring a Vendor Account Manager. This pivotal role will serve as the primary relationship lead for our brand partners, driving their success from onboarding through to sales performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the key relationship manager and trusted advisor to our partner vendors

• Manage the full vendor lifecycle — onboarding, education, performance tracking, and strategic growth

• Track and optimize key metrics such as commission rates, sell-through rates, and vendor contribution to revenue

• Build long-term relationships that foster loyalty and mutual growth

• Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless vendor experience across all touchpoints

• Drive data-informed recommendations to improve vendor outcomes and marketplace performance

• Proactively resolve issues and ensure vendors receive exceptional support

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-4+ years’ experience in vendor account management at a top-tier e-commerce marketplace

• Demonstrated success in driving vendor growth and improving marketplace metrics

• Strong commercial acumen and relationship management skills

• Data-driven mindset with an ability to translate insights into action

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
