Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer located in West Delhi. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR activities, developing and implementing HR policies, and maintaining employee relations. Day-to-day tasks include job description development, handling employee inquiries, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, and supporting recruitment processes. Additionally, the officer will facilitate training and development programs and manage performance reviews.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Employee Relations and Job Description Development skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
