Brand Partnership Associate

Your role? To be at the heart of this journey pitching and helping us in nurturing relationships with upcoming fashion brands.

• Research & identify

  homegrown fashion brands that align with VYLA’s philosophy.

• Initiate outreach

  (emails, calls & meetings) and pitch VYLA’s vision to them.
• Act as the

  primary point of contact

  for brands after pitching.
• Work closely with internal teams (collaborations, onboarding, content, logistics) to ensure smooth brand onboarding.

• Represent VYLA to the brand

  and the brand within VYLA building strong, long-term partnerships.
• Track conversations, follow-ups, and maintain a clear pipeline on Excel.

• Someone who is confident, proactive, and loves

  connecting with people

• A detail-oriented, highly organised team player.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Comfortable managing multiple brand relationships at once.
• 1 year of client-facing experience is a plus, but freshers with passion and drive are equally welcome.
• Above all
