Job Description: As a Brand Partnership Associate, your role involves driving strategic collaborations and fostering long-term brand relationships within the influencer marketing ecosystem. You are expected to utilize your strong background in Influencer Sales, along with a proactive approach, persuasive communication skills, and a focus on growth and retention. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver custom brand partnership proposals. - Identify and engage with potential brand partners to establish active collaborations. - Efficiently onboard new brands into the partnership ecosystem. - Meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Utilize existing relationships to generate valuable leads and maintain a robust pipeline. - Establish enduring, trustworthy relationships with brand clients. - Provide clients with campaign strategies based on extensive industry knowledge. - Lead negotiations to finalize mutually beneficial contracts. - Monitor and evaluate campaign and partnership performance. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to formulate strategic recommendations. Qualifications & Requirements: - 14 years of experience in brand partnerships, influencer sales, business development, or marketing. - Demonstrated success in revenue generation and client relationship management. - Extensive network in brand, marketing, and influencer domains. - Thorough understanding of influencer marketing and digital trends. - Proficiency in pitching, negotiation, and deal closure. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.,
