Role -

Brand Manager

You will be responsible for leading brand-building initiatives across channels, driving campaigns that strengthen Stonelam’s positioning in the market, and ensuring consistent communication across all touchpoints. With a strong focus on collaboration, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Leadership & Strategic Ownership

• Lead the brand strategy and positioning for the

  Stonelam Facade

  vertical, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Drive innovative brand-building initiatives across ATL, BTL, digital, and on-ground channels.
• Take complete ownership of marketing calendars, launch plans, and campaign execution.
• Track brand performance and implement data-driven improvements.

2. Team & Stakeholder Management

• Manage and mentor a team of Assistant Brand Managers / Marketing Executives, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with sales, design, product, and leadership teams to align on strategy and execution.
• Serve as the key point of contact for agencies, vendors, and external partners.

3. Architect & Influencer Engagement

• Conceptualize and lead

  architect-focused engagement programs

  – from curated events to immersive experiences.
• Build and sustain relationships with key architects, influencers, and design voices.
• Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

4. Media, PR & Content Oversight

• Develop PR and media strategies with internal teams and external agencies.
• Oversee storytelling and content creation across channels – print, digital, and social.
• Ensure brand messaging is consistent, aspirational, and aligned with Stonelam’s design ethos.

5. Retail & On-ground Activation

• Drive retail visibility and in-store experience enhancements for the Kitchen range.
• Work with the design and retail teams to create impactful product displays and demo experiences.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field

• 6–9 years

  of relevant experience in brand management, preferably in premium design, lifestyle, interiors, or consumer goods.
• Proven track record in team management and cross-functional leadership.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of branding, consumer behavior, digital marketing, and media planning.
• Highly organized, creative, and strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
