Raghu Vamsi Group has carved a space for itself in the Aerospace & Defence industry world wide over the past two decades since its inception in the year 2004. The Company and its subsidiaries have gained the trust and built lasting relationships over these years by delivering High Precision Engineering Components and Sub-Assemblies to some of the largest Global Corporations.

We are an Aerospace and Defence company with a precision manufacturing campus of 1,000+ professionals. We produce parts for Aero Engines to global Aerospace OEMs and create products like drones, micro turbo jet engines and robots for defence. We’re seeking a creative, strategic professional to own branding, internal communications, and external presence.

Today Raghu Vamsi Group is AS 9100 D and NADCAP Approved consortium of Companies engaged in the Design, Development, Manufacturing and Exporting of High Precision Engineering Components and Sub-Assemblies for Aerospace, Defence, Space, Industrial, Medical, Oil & Gas, Energy and UAV’s.

The Group’s competencies include CNC Machining, Engineering, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Composites Manufacturing, Electronics and Electro Mechanical Sub-Assemblies, Welding and Surface Coatings.

Company exports and supplies to various Global OEM’s like Boeing, GE Aviation, Honeywell, Rolls Royce, Collins Aerospace, Halliburton, Eaton, Cytiva and many more.

Reporting structure:

• This position will be reporting to the Managing Director.

What You’ll Do :

1. Own the brand: maintain identity, guidelines, and governance across all materials
2. Create branding presentations for leadership, customers, and events
3. Design internal wall graphics, murals, wayfinding, and culture-focused visuals
4. Lead team-building branding initiatives (campaigns, events, merchandise)
5. Produce internal newsletters, announcements, and intranet features
6. Manage LinkedIn and other social content (posts, visuals, videos, campaigns)
7. Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Defence/Drones teams
8. Oversee timelines, budgets, and vendor partners (agencies, printers, photographers)
9. Monitor engagement and brand health; report to leadership
10. Ensure security, export control, and compliance where applicable

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Branding and corporate communications (5+ years)
2. Internal communications, newsletters, intranet content
3. Graphic design and visual storytelling
4. Portfolio showcasing branding systems, wall graphics, social visuals
5. Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); After Effects or Premiere a plus
6. Social media: LinkedIn best practices, content calendars, analytics
7. Copywriting and storytelling; ability to translate technical concepts
8. Project management: timelines, budgets, cross-functional coordination
9. Photography/videography and basic motion graphics a plus
10. Strong verbal and written English; additional languages a plus

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Marketing/ Brand management
