Your role will include:

• Driving the product roadmap and identifying market opportunities
• Leading new product development from concept to launch
• Defining go-to-market strategies, packaging, and positioning
• Managing pricing, promotions, and category growth
• Ensuring consistent brand voice, campaigns, and visual identity across all channels
• Collaborating with design, sourcing, manufacturing, and sales teams to bring ideas to life

What we're looking for:

• 35 years of experience in brand/product management (fashion, lifestyle, accessories, or consumer-facing industries preferred)
• Premium B-School creds
• Someone who's as analytical as they are aesthetic-savvy
• Comfortable juggling research, pricing, launches & brand identitywithout dropping the ball
• A natural collaborator who can keep cross-functional chaos in sync
