As an execution-driven brand owner, you will play a crucial role in liaising across Product, Marketing, and Sales to establish, launch, and expand multiple brands successfully. Your primary responsibilities will include translating product plans into clear briefs, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring timely campaign execution. You will be the central point of contact connecting Product, Marketing, and Sales for brand setup and launches. This involves converting product roadmaps into brand briefs, messaging, and asset lists, as well as obtaining necessary approvals. Running a cross-functional launch cadence, ensuring Sales has the required toolkits, coordinating within the Marketing team, and maintaining brand consistency are key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will monitor performance, prepare post-launch reports, and develop repeatable playbooks for future brand onboardings. To excel in this position, you should have at least 4 years of experience in brand/marketing execution, preferably in agency, startup, e-commerce, or consumer goods environments. Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence without direct authority, and strong project management capabilities are essential. Hands-on experience with campaign operations and data dashboards, as well as exposure to electronics, retail, or e-commerce, will be advantageous. Proficiency in English and Hindi is required, with knowledge of Gujarati being a plus. In the first six months, success will be defined by completing 2 brand setups with signed cross-functional scorecards, equipping Sales with ready toolkits, and executing the first 90-day Go-To-Market plan on time. Establishing playbooks, brief templates, checklists, and reporting cadence will also be critical for achieving success in this role.,
