Brand Manager

As a Brand Manager at our company located in Kilpauk, you will play a crucial role in developing brand growth through effective strategies and plans for brand reputation monitoring. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to stay updated on customer trends and predict future trends. You will be tasked with creating and managing marketing campaigns across various platforms to ensure products and services meet customer expectations and enhance brand credibility. Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns, supervising advertising, product design, and other marketing activities to maintain brand consistency will be part of your daily tasks. You will also be responsible for organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions, and photo shoots. Collaborating with clients and colleagues from different departments, you will lead the creative development team in alignment with the brand ethos. Managing budgets, overseeing a team of junior assistants, and measuring the success of campaigns while focusing on KPIs and ROIs are key aspects of this role. Your experience of at least 4-8 years in Brand Management along with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields will be beneficial. You should have a global perspective on marketing to aid in brand expansion and growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong time and project management skills, the ability to think strategically, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in analytical thinking. Deep understanding of market research, creativity, team handling skills, and budget management capability are essential for success in this role.
