Responsibilities: Order Processing: Receiving and reviewing customer orders from the website. Verifying order accuracy and completeness. Entering order details into the company's order management system. Tracking orders through various stages, from placement to delivery. Resolving order discrepancies and issues proactively. Coordination: Working with sales, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Communicating with warehouse staff to facilitate timely order fulfilment and shipping. Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of orders and transactions. Utilizing order management systems to enter, track, and analyse order data. Other Duties: Assisting with invoice creation and processing. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field is often preferred. Skills: Strong attention to detail. Organisational skills. Proficiency with computer software, particularly order management systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
