Job Title: Brand Manager

Job Summary:

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that enhance the company’s brand image, increase market share, and drive growth. This role involves analyzing market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to ensure the brand remains relevant and strong in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Development

  • Develop and implement effective brand strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Create brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop positioning strategies for products and services.
  • Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan and execute advertising, promotional, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with creative, sales, and product teams to create impactful campaigns.
  • Measure campaign performance and optimize strategies based on results.
  • Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze data to develop insights and prepare reports for decision-making.
  • Monitor brand performance and recommend improvements.
  • Product Management & Launch

  • Collaborate with product development teams for new product ideas and launches.
  • Plan product positioning, pricing, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure smooth execution of product launch activities.
  • Brand Communication & Public Relations

  • Maintain strong brand presence across print, digital, and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with PR agencies for media coverage and brand publicity.
  • Handle brand-related communications and customer feedback.
  • Team & Coordination

  • Work closely with sales, design, digital marketing, and production teams.
  • Manage external agencies for advertising, printing, events, etc.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and analytics tools.
  • Strong project management and leadership abilities.
