• Brand Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement long-term brand strategies aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market research and consumer insights to guide brand positioning.
• Create annual brand plans with clear KPIs and growth targets.
• Marketing & Communication
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and retail channels.
• Oversee promotional materials and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Manage media planning and creative development with internal and external teams.
• Product Development & Innovation
• Identify new product opportunities and lead NPD (New Product Development) initiatives.
• Collaborate with R&D and sales teams to launch new products effectively.
• Performance Monitoring
• Track brand performance metrics including market share, sales, and consumer feedback.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with sales, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure brand objectives are met.
• Engage with external partners like agencies and distributors to amplify brand reach.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Masters or equivalent
• minimum 8- 10 years in Brand handling FMCG experience preferable
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
• Creative mindset with a passion for consumer behavior and brand storytelling.
