As a non-custodial Web3 super app, bepay enables fast, secure, and borderless payments across fiat, crypto, and CBDCs. It brings together digital payments, wallet services, and cross-chain infrastructure into one seamless, mobile-first experience for both users and merchants.


As we scale our presence in the fintech and Web3 ecosystem, we are hiring a Brand Manager to lead and grow bepay’s brand identity, craft viral campaigns, and build strong emotional connections with users globally.


Position Summary

Brand Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the

    brand strategy and positioning

    , ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints
  • Coordinate with a cross-functional team of designers, content creators, and marketers to execute branding initiatives
  • Conceptualize and deliver

    viral marketing campaigns

    that drive user acquisition and retention
  • Craft compelling narratives for fintech and Web3 users, translating technical concepts into relatable messaging
  • Oversee social media, community engagement, and influencer collaborations to amplify brand reach
  • Design and write engaging push notifications, in-app messages, and microcopy to delight users and encourage actions.
  • Analyze user insights, market trends, and competitor strategies to refine branding efforts
  • Ensure alignment of visual identity and tone of voice across all digital and offline assets
  • Collaborate with product and growth teams to build a strong

    emotional connection

    with users and merchants


Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in

    brand management

    , with at least 2 years leading creative/marketing teams
  • Proven success in building and scaling

    D2C brands

    or fintech products with high user engagement
  • Strong understanding of

    fintech and Web3 ecosystems

    , including crypto, wallets, and digital payments
  • Experience creating and executing

    viral or growth marketing campaigns

  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to blend creativity with data-driven decision-making
  • Familiarity with influencer/KOL marketing, community building, and digital brand activations


Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in a fast-growing startup or scaling a brand globally
  • Exposure to

    Web3 communities, DAOs, or blockchain-native audiences

  • Strong network of creative agencies, influencers, and brand collaborators
