Brand Manager

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyze industry, market trends and consumer behavior for respective category

• Leverage the above and develop product roadmap & long term go-to-market strategy

• Managing product portfolio - pricing, promotions and inventory to optimize category performance

• Ownership of P&L, Sale planning (enablers), Inventory Management & Marketing to achieve goals, Product NPI

• Collaborating with various teams like product development, marketing, sales and to identify and implement new products, services and marketing

• Stakeholder Management - HQ team, Quality, Sales Channels, Marketing, Finance, SCM, AS and CS

• Drive discussions on innovative ideas and best practices across teams & competition, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• Conduct market research to identify new trends, product opportunities, and competitive offerings.

• Drive impactful social media campaigns, leveraging analytics and trend analysis to enhance brand visibility.

• Drive Product Life Cycle Management including determining product positioning & messaging, pricing strategies, product launches, consumer demand forecasting, competitor tracking, develop channel strategy and manage channel conflicts, market sensing & action for sellout managementManager for smooth functioning of branch. • Increase the productivity and increase the category wise sales.
