Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and delivering local implementation of the positioning for (Grants Triple Wood, Grants Distinction) to drive sustainable brand growth, awareness, equity, consumer engagement, and brand profitability through ATL, sampling, and engaging consumer and channel programs. Your main responsibilities will include delivering brand targets through sound financial planning, project resource management, and effective brand advocacy activity. You will also be creating and delivering brand ideas through a 360-degree approach and leading the development and implementation of Brand Strategy, extension, priorities, and annual marketing plans. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver brand targets through financial planning, resource management, and brand advocacy - Create and deliver brand ideas through a 360 approach - Lead effective development and implementation of Brand Strategy and extension - Design and execute off-trade and on-trade tool kits along with innovative strategies - Lead and own Banquet/large consumption occasions/Gifting/VAP solutions - Drive growth drivers and evaluate insights for strong programs/communication - Align trade advocates activities with brand strategies to deliver brand love and awareness - Initiate portfolio-led initiatives on Grants to create a halo of Triple wood - Maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Interest driven by curiosity about the category and industry - Spirits industry knowledge and experience desirable - Ability to build sustainable rapport with key contacts - Skills in leading and motivating people - Champion of new ideas and initiatives - Strong integrity and social skills - Cultural sensitivity and curiosity - Passionate presenter and team player - Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit Additional Details: William Grant & Sons is a home for Rare Characters where every employee is valued for their distinctive skills and perspectives.
